These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Floatplanet Ltd (hereinafter: “Floatplanet”) and You (hereinafter: “the Customer”).
You can only sign up as a member at the centre and must float at least three times at the centre before signing up as a member. Memberships are active once you're first payment has been received and one float will be added to your account. Membership payments are taken instantly and available to use straight away. Additional floats can also be purchased at the same rate as the membership (£35), to activate this discount use the promo code MEMBER at checkout. If you would like to bring family or friends along with you they can also book in at the same rate, but please remember to make the bookings in your name and you must be with them on the day.
Memberships have a minimum three month commitment. To cancel please let us know by emailing us - firstname.lastname@example.org
All paid for floats will remain in credit for six months.
All floats booked under our membership option without being a member will be removed from the calendar without warning.
Gift Vouchers are purchased via RoboVoucher and valid for 6 months from purchase date unless specified otherwise.
Gift Vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Vouchers are sent by email following purchase online. If you prefer a physical voucher please call the centre first to check we have some in stock for collection ONLY.
All vouchers affected by lockdowns will be extended accordingly.
All physical gift vouchers must be handed in on arrival for your appointment, failure to do so will result in the float being cancelled and voucher will still be redeemed. If you would like the voucher to remain valid, then full payment will be required for your float that day.
Vouchers purchased online (e-vouchers) via the website will have a unique twelve digit code that can be used when booking your float. Please ensure you use the right code when booking in order for us to locate it in our voucher system.
We do understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment. We ask that cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. This policy is in place as we do not have the time or resources to investigate each individual reason for not attending your session.
Our policy also protects you the customer if in the unlikely event we have to cancel your session through no fault of your own.
If you book an appointment and do not attend the session without contacting the centre beforehand within the 24 hour time window, you will, unfortunately, lose your payment/voucher/members float.
We aim to ensure prices displayed on the website are current at all times.
Special offers may change prior notice so if you want to be sure of securing the special offer price, ensure that it is live on the website when you make your booking.
The minimum age to enjoy a floatation session at Float Planet is 16 years old.
We welcome all email enquiries and will endeavour to respond to all of them within 24 hours.
While every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all content on the website, some errors may occur and Float Planet is not liable for any perceived inaccuracies.
Your details will not be shared with any 3rd parties by Float Planet.
Please inform Float Planet of all health conditions. If you have a heart condition or wear a pacemaker, asthma, allergies (particularly to salt, chlorine or magnesium), or very low blood pressure – we recommend that you seek approval from a medical practitioner before floating.
If you are pregnant and wanting to float we always advise talking with your midwife/doctor first as each individual has different medical backgrounds.
While we try to ensure the customer experience is flawless at Float Planet, should you have any complaints, please mention it at the reception on the day or drop us an email.
We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours and work the issue through to a satisfactory conclusion.
