Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between Floatplanet Ltd (hereinafter: “Floatplanet”) and You (hereinafter: “the Customer”).

Memberships

Memberships are active once first payment has been received along with setup fee (£10) and two float credits will be added to your account. Payments are taken instantly and available to use straight away.

Additional single floats can be purchased at 25% discount. This discount can also be used to make reservations for friends and family as long as you are all attending the centre together. Reservations like this will need to be made from the members account to redeem the discount at checkout.

Credits are transferrable to other guests after a three month period has passed. To transfer credits contact the centre with the guests details. (Full Name, Email Address & Mobile Number)

Credits will never expire.

Memberships have a minimum three month commitment.

Referral Club

To participate in our referral program, you must be an existing customer of Float Planet. Referrals must be individuals who have never booked a service at Float Planet previously. When you refer a friend using your unique referral link, you'll earn £10 in credit for each successful referral, which can be applied to any of our services. Your referred friends will enjoy a generous 40% discount on their first service reservation when they book using your provided link.

Please note that this discount is valid for a one-time use only. To qualify for rewards and discounts, the referred individuals must complete a booking using the referral link provided. Referral credits have no cash value and can only be used within Float Planet.

We are in the process of creating more rewards for our customers who are making the most referrals per month, quarterly or yearly for example. Referrals are the most powerful votes of confidence we can receive and we will do our upmost to reward that.

Our referral program is ongoing, but we reserve the right to modify or terminate it at our discretion. We also reserve the right to disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. Float Planet is not responsible for any disputes arising between program participants. By participating in our referral program, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your involvement and look forward to rewarding you for spreading the word about our services.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards purchased from 15th September 2023 never expire unless specified otherwise.

Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.
Gift Cards are sent by email following purchase online.

If you prefer a physical Gift Card please contact the centre to check we have some in stock for collection ONLY.

Gift Card Redemptions

When booking using your Gift Card please enter the Gift Card code in the box at checkout where it asks 'Have any other preferences that we should know about?' We require credit/debit card on file for all bookings. Your card will not be charged as long as you have a valid Gift Card code in that box.

All physical Gift Cards must be handed in on arrival for your reservation, failure to do so will result in the float being cancelled and Gift Card will still be redeemed. If you would like the Gift Card to remain valid, then full payment will be required for your float that day.

Gift Cards purchased online (e-vouchers) via the website will have a unique digit code that can be used when reserving your float.

When redeeming your Gift Card, if there has been a price adjustment it will be reflected in your invoice at the centre.
For example if you have a £49 Solo Float Gift Card and the price is now £54, a further £5 will need to paid.

Service Packages

When you purchase one of our Service Packages, the credits in the package will be associated with the account it is bought under. Credits are transferrable to other guests. To transfer credits contact the centre with the guests details. (Full Name, Email Address & Mobile Number)

Promo Codes

We currently have three promo codes running which are for Students, Blue Light card and Teacher card holders.

All codes are 15% off, codes are entered at the checkout - STUDENT - BLUELIGHT - TEACHER

This discount can only be redeemed by the card holder booking a solo float (60 mins).

Promo Codes can not be used to purchase Gift Cards or Service Packages. Student, Blue Light and Teacher cards must be shown on day of reservation to confirm discount. If no card is shown on the day then full price will need to be honoured, rescheduling or refunding at this point will not be available.

Cancellations and No-Shows

We do understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your appointment. We ask that cancellations should be made at least 24 hours prior to your session. This policy is in place as we do not have the time or resources to investigate each individual reason for not attending your session.

Our policy also protects you the customer if in the unlikely event we have to cancel your session through no fault of your own.

If you book an appointment and do not attend the session without contacting the centre beforehand within the 24 hour time window, you will, unfortunately, lose your payment/gift card/members credit.

Prices & Special Offers

We aim to ensure prices displayed on the website are current at all times.

Special offers may change prior notice so if you want to be sure of securing the special offer price, ensure that it is live on the website when you make your booking.

Age Restrictions

The minimum age to enjoy a floatation session at Float Planet is 16 years old.

Website Content

While every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all content on the website, some errors may occur and Float Planet is not liable for any perceived inaccuracies.

Privacy

Your details will not be shared with any 3rd parties by Float Planet.

Health Conditions

Please inform Float Planet of all health conditions. If you have a heart condition or wear a pacemaker, asthma, allergies (particularly to salt, chlorine or magnesium), or very low blood pressure – we recommend that you seek approval from a medical practitioner before floating.

If you are pregnant and wanting to float we always advise talking with your midwife/doctor first as each individual has different medical backgrounds.

Complaints

While we try to ensure the customer experience is flawless at Float Planet, should you have any complaints, please mention it at the reception on the day or drop us an email.

We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours and work the issue through to a satisfactory conclusion.
